We will reply via email as soon as we receive your work giving you a link to review and confirm your order. Once we receive your confirmation we will get your work to a proofreader immediately.
We have a team of proofreaders, all with relevant qualifications and lots of experience.
If we have a proofreader who specialises in your particular subject we will try and
get that proofreader to read your work. Also, if you return to us (as most customers do) we
will try and get the same proofreader to read your work each time - this will make your work
consistent between submissions. If it is not possible to match you up in one of these
ways then you will know that your work will still be edited to the highest possible standards.
This depends on how long it is and how much work it requires. The following
table shows a general estimate, when you send us your work we will agree a time
that we will be able to return it by. Please note that we are extremely busy at the moment, so the times given below are a little longer than usual.
Less than 2,000 words - 1 working day upto 5,000 words - 2 working days 10,000 words - 4-5 working days 20,000 words - 6-7 working days
If your work is longer than this or you need it sooner, please contact us and we will try our best to meet your requirements.
We do have proofreaders available to offer our express service over evenings and weekends and will often be able to return your work to you before 9am on the day you require.
However, if you expect you will be sending your work outside normal office hours (9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday), please let us know in advance or your email may not be seen until the next working day.
No, we have a strict anti-plagiarism policy which does not allow us to do this in any circumstances.
Usually people who want paraphrasing want to do it to avoid detection of plagiarism, which is against our strict anti-plagiarism policy. If this is not your intention,
please explain your reasons for wanting this and we will consider your request.
We usually take 1 working day to check a CV and 2-3 days to do design/consultation. If you need it quicker than this please let us know and we'll try our best to meet your requirements.
Please tell us, we won't be offended. We want you to have a CV you are happy with and which you can be confident applying for jobs with. If you do not like the design just tell us what you don't like and we will work with you until you are happy with it.
The cost of proofreading is £7.50 per 1,000 words. To work out how many words you have in
Microsoft Word go to the "Tools" menu and choose "Word Count". You can then divide this number
by 1,000 and multiply by £7.50 to determine the final price. This is all inclusive and is the total
amount you will pay (no hidden extras).
We ask for payment in advance via PayPal, direct bank transfer or cheque. We must receive your payment before starting work.
